Our Approach
1
Uncover Needs
We facilitate a conversation to uncover: (1) your desire for change, (2) the scope of the change desired, (3) and your capacity to execute these changes.
2
Personalized suggestions
We develop a detailed proposal that will be used as a roadmap to enact the changes and updates to operations, policies, and procedures.
3
The real work begins.
We provide ongoing, long-term support as you do the on-the-ground work to achieve the goals in the proposal.
We want to support you.
What we do.
We work with small groups and individuals, primarily Boards and Executive or C-Suite leaders, to develop anti-racist, inclusive, and trauma-informed leadership teams. We partner with these small groups to create a top-down approach to their internal justice work.
We engage with these groups and individuals to facilitate a systematic redesign of their organization. Real-world experience is partnered with data-driven insight to promote this redesign; this empowers mission-driven organizations to enact meaningful, measurable, and longstanding change.
We achieve this by cultivating long-range coaching relationships that foster a deeper, personalized, and nuanced space to process and understand. There is accountability for those who wish to pursue a more social justice-minded approach to their leadership.

At Wild Iris, we believe that this work requires dedication and commitment; we rarely, if ever, interact with organizations on a transactional (i.e., one-off trainings) basis. We know that transformational work takes time and investment; we do not engage in single-event training.
Do you only work with corporate organizations?
Not exclusively. While Wild Iris works with corporate clients; Vashti’s passion and experience in nonprofit organizations and in the mental health field has influenced our work with non-corporate agencies and organizations.
