Today marks another year that I’ve spent an Equinox at work – for most, if not all of the day, like today.

Hope [is] not a passive thing; people use hope in that way, but that's not how I see it. I see it as having a dream, wanting the best for everyone and yourself, and putting in the work to make that happen.
